Robert J. Wiley founded his law firm in March 2000. He is board certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and has represented more than a thousand employees in actions against their employers. He has been recognized by Thomson Reuters as a Super Lawyer each year since 2014.
Mr. Wiley has served in leadership roles within the legal community, including as President of the Dallas Fort Worth Employment Lawyers Association from 2009 to 2015 and Chair of the Dallas Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Section in 2022. He is an active member of state and national employment lawyer organizations.
Mr. Wiley earned his undergraduate degree from Vanderbilt University and his law degree with honors from Tulane Law School. He frequently speaks at continuing legal education programs, including the State Bar of Texas Annual Advanced Employment Law Course and the National Employment Lawyers Association Annual Meeting.
